Posted: 10 Nov 2015 09:33 PM PST I think I understand what you're trying to say. Allow me to clarify for the rest of Yahoo Answers: I was behind another car in a parking lot. There was an open space to the right. The car in front of me moved slightly to the left of the lane, in order to be able to maneuver into the spot. Instead of stopping, I kept going, and as the car was making a right turn into the spot, crossing the lane directly in front of me, I t-boned him, hitting his right passenger side door with my front bumper. If this is accurate, you are 100% at fault. You have to drive very slowly and carefully in parking lots. As soon as you saw him move slightly to the left, you should have figured out what he was doing. YOU hit HIM. |

However, Pennsylvania code § 175.145 also limits the studs, stating they may not have "projections exceeding 2/32 inch beyond the tread of the traction surface of the tire." The governor of Pennsylvania may, at his discretion, waive the deadline in case of an early or late snowstorm. Read more : http://www.ehow.com/facts_7477383_pennsy... |
