Recently, new articulated buses were delivered a few weeks ago after September of 2015 (where most 2016 cars are released).

So, they will sometimes still be 2015 buses even though it is beyond September 2015 for the date they first entered service.

So, are transit buses that enter service in November 2015 normally not 2016 buses?
