| Question: PLEASE HELP How can I get this information to other drivers? Posted: 08 Nov 2015 05:36 PM PST You change lanes when going down hill.and PASS them. When going Up hill you move to the right and they can pass you if they want. The vehicle in front does not need to get out of your way. If the other cars are doing less than 65 then obviously you will at times catch up and pass them. The 70 MPH speed limit is not the MUST TRAVEL SPEED. You do not need to wait until the last second to change lanes as your headlights light up their rear view mirror. I have played tag with many trucks I pass them going up and they pass me going down for a hundred miles or more.No issue we each changed lanes as necessary well in advance. If they are in the Passing lane that is something else. HORN can be effective in getting their attention to move to the proper lane. You move too at the bottom of the hill to the slow lane.as traffic allows. |
