Question: Minimum licence req'd to operate, in BC, a van with a wheelchair lift installed as well as have a physically disabled occupant ride with?

Minimum licence req'd to operate, in BC, a van with a wheelchair lift installed as well as have a physically disabled occupant ride with?

I have a friend who is in a wheelchair and he has a van equipped with a lift so that he can be driven around town. Usually it's his caretakers who will drive him to be where he needs to be but I've never taken him to lunch or anything and I'd like to for once. I have my class 7N currently and I'm wondering if that's enough to be able to drive his van, with him secured in the back, for an afternoon here and there. I haven't been able to find any information on this anywhere.

Question: Is there any bike lane that I can NOT use to make a right turn?
