I found thief marks next to my motorbike. What do i do?

Hey guys! When I'm leaving for work i unlock my bike and leave the padlock on the ground locked but separated from the chain! 2 days ago when i came back, the padlock was missing even tho it was locked but on it's own. I thought to my self <why would someone take it, when they can't even unlock it?> so i thought that some kid might stolen it cause it got him excited or something!
I had that in mind tho and today around 5 AM i went to check the bike again, and i've seen a spray marking in a circular form next to my bike just a bit further away from the chain lock that was not there before! I thought to my self <That wasn't there before, I'm pretty sure I'm under attack... > So guys what do i do? I feel if i leave it like this they will succeed in stealing it.. What are the best measurements to take?
