Question: Do you think that they should change the driving laws from ages 18-70? In my opinion I say yes. 16 is too young and 70+ is too old.?

No. There are a WHOLE LOT of us over 70 types that are capable, skilled, and MUCH more cautious than younger people with lead in their shoe.

I suspect that's your problem with seniors. You think they drive too slow.

Seniors are the ones obeying speed limits, slowing to 25 in school zones, and stopping completely at stop signs. THAT'S why I haven't had a traffic citation in over 30 years, youngster.

You young people are ALWAYS in a big rush, speeding, changing lanes in an unsafe manner, (usually to pass someone obeying the speed limits), getting all full of road rage, and generally acting like an idiot.

Question: How do I get over almost hitting a pedestrian while driving?

" ... at fault for not being cautious and looking out ... "

You have two choices:

You can shut down the radio, stop talking to others in the vehicle, stop listening to others, constantly be watching the road ahead, and to the sides and to the rear, keep a track of every person and vehicle around you. It is not easy, it is not relaxing, but it can be done.

Or you can be oblivious and clobber objects and people.
