Question: Permit restrictions? Posted: 23 Nov 2015 06:34 PM PST There are no restrictions on passengers, but you must drive supervised, with the licensed adult, over 21, sitting next to you and everyone in the car must have a seat belt, properly fastened at all times, while the car is in gear. Typically, while you are practicing, you don't want additional distractions, so fewer passengers is suggested.
