Question: Why do people drive so effing slow? Posted: 04 Nov 2015 06:01 PM PST
Posted: 04 Nov 2015 01:32 PM PST Generally, yes. If you also have a green left arrow and they have a red light, then no. If they have green light, then yes. If you have only a sold green light, and do not have a green left arrow, then they probably have a green light, so yes.
Posted: 04 Nov 2015 12:03 PM PST Default action is to continue at a steady speed in the single lane -- the traffic on the ramp goes into a empty part of the lane. You do *NOT* change your speed -- either to speed up to block them or slow to let them in ahead of you. The incoming traffic has match the speed of traffic, and they cannot do that if you are changing your speed. Option: If the left lane is clear, move to the left to allow the incoming traffic to have the right lane.
