Question: Single car accident no insurance? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 08:45 AM PDT Yesterday my tire blew out on the interstate. It caused me to go sideways across 3 lanes, into the grass, roll twice, and land upside down. Needless to say the car is totaled. I haven't paid my insurance the past 2 months. I haven't driven either. It was the only bill I could let slide. I had to drive my car as I was on the way to make money to pay bills (like insurance) and had no ride available. I know, I'm an idiot. The highway patrol said the insurance was active, I try to login to my esurance account and it says my account is no good. I have 15 days to turn in this paper to the DMV or I lose my license. What do I do? If your answer is "shouldn't have been an idiot" or anything like that, don't bother. I'm aware of the stupidity here. I'm just thankful I walked away and now seeking real information. I was the only car involved so nobody will be suing me for that. What is going to happen, what do I do, any information. I've never had a wreck I'm new to all this. Thank you |
Question: Car registration estimate? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 07:13 AM PDT Car registration estimate? My car is a 1999 Toyota corolla ce and the estimated value of the car is a little over 2000 dollars and I was just wondering how much it will cost for the total(with all the fees and such). Any estimate would be helpful!! |
Posted: 06 Oct 2014 06:46 AM PDT Most tow companies don't care if you have a license as you aren't driving. They may ask if you are the owner if they do and you can prove that you are acting on behalf of the owner then they will do it as long as it's going a shop and you can pay the bill Source(s):auto body tech and shop owner |
Question: Car accident injury claim, do I have to attend court? Posted: 06 Oct 2014 06:37 AM PDT Car accident injury claim, do I have to attend court? I'm on an iPhone, excuse my spelling and talking like a robot. |
Posted: 06 Oct 2014 05:48 AM PDT First off you do not indicate left until you have PASSED the last exit before the one you want.. Second: is the any damage to your vehicle. Thirdly: if you did not touch tell them so and also state than in your opinion the other fellow tried to go through a gap that wasn't there you could be held partly at fault for giving an incorrect signal. Last time I checked the Highway code there was n o signal listed for going straight on. The driver behind, and more importantly drivers waiting to pull to from the junction to your left would expect you to turn left not go straight on. |
