United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) have been working together to expedite delivery of parcels. UPS carries the freight from sender to the local destination and then lets the Post Office deliver to the customer during the normal mail delivery.

Let's say there are two routes you can take to your destination, and one is 5miles shorter than the other. The longer route takes 20min, and the shorter route takes about 35-40min.

Which route is better to take?
Even though I'm driving a longer distance, is that better than driving a shorter distance for a longer period of time?
