I'm done marine engineer,since 2012, searching a job for junior marine engineer still i didn't find may i join oiler or not? pls advise me?

I'm a marine engineer, done b.e marine eng since 2012, searching a job for junior marine engineer still i didn't find for me,but now one company offer me for a oiler job in tug boat....is it right ? may i will join this job or not? pls advise me
