All the numbers you need: http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/

http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/2...
For 2009, 33,800 traffic deaths, 4,100 of them pedestrians -- 12%

Question: Why do b people think it's okay to drive slower then the posted speed limit?

Lane hogs are lane hogs.

The speed limit is not the must travel at speed. If you look closely as you speed along there are these things called signs at the side of the road. They often have SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT
You are not to drive in the left lane unless you are passing someone. When you have passed you MOVE to the right until the next car.
I find it hard to believe you were stuck in traffic in Montana or Wyoming.

Question: How do you drive in the street?

Update : I know how to drive in my little neighborhood, but Ive never gone farther ...show more

Update 2: Yes, I have my permit

Update 3: I worded my question wrong, i mean outside of the neighborhood

Question: Is it wrong to take up a public parking spot if you have a paid parking spot a few feet away?

Wrong NO rude YES. As you are WEALTHY you probably DO NOT care. So why ask?
You are in effect taking two spots in the area when you use a public one and leave yours empty.

Thanks my elderly mother used to visit your neighbor . They stopped as they could never find a place to park that was not reserved.
