Question: Does anyone know of an amplifier that has 2000+ watts at 4 ohms?

What are you going to run with it?
You may have other impedance options.

Question: Would this blow the speakers or no?

The amp is a class D mono, so no, it won't run full range. It is meant to run subs.
Also - so if you connect two 4 ohm speakers you'll have a 2 ohm load on the amp, that's 600w rms, 300 per speaker. 2x what they are specified to be able to handle.

So will it run them? Yes.
Will they blow? If you crank it up, yes. If you set the gain low and keep the bass boost off, no.
Will it sound good? No. Not at all.

The amp has some value, so my advice is sell that amp and get a decent 2 ch to run your 6x9's.

Question: What is your first reaction when you hear loud bass coming from a car with as it drives by?

I wonder if they have done as much work on the 100hz-15khz portion of the set up so that it actually has a little sound quality to go with the low frequency SPL.

Anyone can throw a pair of high output subs, a big box and a big amp in any ol' hooptie and be stupid loud, but it takes some thought and effort to assemble a front stage capable of blending with all that bass and sounding decent.

All things considered - we are trying to listen to MUSIC, not just build a high volume tone generator.

Question: What subwoofer should I buy?

Component sub woofers come speaker only, meaning you have to choose the enclosure and amplifier separately. You can choose from a variety of enclosure types or have one made to your specifications. Component sub woofers are ideal for those who want a highly customized car stereo system.
