Question: Where do i go to get licensed to drive a Motorcycle? Posted: 30 Aug 2014 12:41 AM PDT can be one of the most incredible experiences you'll ever have. It's liberating, rebellious and romantic all at once, making it incredibly addictive and fully worth the risks. In college, I rode a Honda Enduro to and from work one summer break. Half-dirt bike and half-street bike, it was easy on the wallet and could go pretty much anywhere. Nearly 20 years later, I'm putting my fond memories into action and climbing back on two wheels. |
Question: Would you recommend a 50cc Vespa? Posted: 29 Aug 2014 11:19 PM PDT Would you recommend a 50cc Vespa? I'm not sure what type of Vespa I may get because I want to know what engine would fit best with me. I don't want to spend about a thousand dollars more on something that isn't very necessary. I'm a 17 year old girl. I am 5 feet tall and slim. So I'm not the average 17 year old I'm a lot smaller. I live in southern California so the traffic here can vary from mild to severe in a matter of seconds but it doesn't get so bad in Anaheim unless I'm driving by Disneyland. The weather is nice and it rains a bit during the winter but nothing as severe as 3 inches of rain. I'd like to be able to use it as my daily transportation. What would be the pros and cons of a 50cc instead of a higher cc for my situation? Would you recommend it? Keep in mind that I would like the cheapest but good enough quality. Something less than $4000 for sure. |
Question: How to convince my parents to get me a dirt bike? Posted: 29 Aug 2014 10:14 PM PDT How to convince my parents to get me a dirt bike? Since I was a Kid i always Loved motorcycles. When I turned 12 I really wanted a dirt bike and to this day I still haven't got one im 15 now. Ive asked for year and it never works. My mom as a kid rode horses and my dad as a kid rode his friends dirt bike. I just dont get why its a cardinal sin for me to have one. |
Question: What is a 1967 harley davidson sprint worth? Posted: 29 Aug 2014 10:04 PM PDT I have one complete bike and two parts bikes that could be a second complete bike. Someone emailed me this info. But what do you think this set would be worth? Just FYI, What you have is a Harley Sprint H model. They were made by Aerimachi in Italy for Harley thru the 60's and early 70's. They made an H model sport type which you have and a C model with a bigger tank and full fenders more for a long distance cruiser. A lot of the H's were used as dirt bikes with a large rear sprocket for off road use. They are on the internet from $1500 to $11,000. Don't give it away, they are worth some decent money. I worked for Harley in the early and mid 60's and love to see the old stuff. Good luck. |
Posted: 29 Aug 2014 09:13 PM PDT Balast weight to drop the front or 3 ramps ,,, left , center and right and load it on locked down . Balast up front will make it trail better too . Harbor freight has some decent ramps for cheap . |
