Caught driving on permit alone in NJ? Help!!!!?

I was recently involved in a three car accident that consisted of me being rear ended, then slammed into the car in front of me as well. I was around the corner from my house, but I am only on my permit and I was driving alone. I am supposed to get my license in a month from now and I've had my permit for 11 months. Since the accident was in no way my fault, is there any way I could be cut a break? I need to know ASAP

Question for people who have recently taken drivers ed classes?

Are the gruesome films of accidents (usually made in the 1960s and 1970s) still shown? If not, should they be?

You can purchase a non-operational waiver to avoid the annual taxes . They are usually 10 or 15 bucks and are taped inside the window of the car .

AKA ,,, Non-Op

Question: How long have u had your permit at 18, my son had he's permit for almost 4 months and he does everything excellent but can't parallel park?

I personally never bothered. Upon turning 18 I did a few days of practice, studied for a week, took the test and got my license. Took less than a month.
