who pays for car rental, when hit from behind but other party insurance company has not accepted blame?

I was hit from behind and 4 cars were involved. The party that caused the whole accident is deny guilt. I got a rental car thru my insurance but its been over a month and my car is still in the shop for repair. My car rental coverage is up, who should take over the car rental bill?

The driver... unless he was holding a gun to your head. Drivers are always responsible for damage done by the vehicle they are driving, just as we are held responsible if we smash a window with a hammer... it doesn't matter who told us to.

If the driver is not the registered owner both are responsible (as the phrase goes, severally and jointly).

Can I get my license with renewed temps?

I had my temps for 6 months and now I am going to renew them (I'm 17 so they have been invalid for a year now). I'm wondering if I have to have my renewed temps for 6 months before I can get my drivers license? Or because I had my temps already, does it matter?

I bought a new car about a week ago. I'm going up to the license commissioners office today, and need to make sure i have enough. I'm in Alabama and have a 2011 Chevy Aveo. Anyone have any idea how much it might cost to get my tags and everything?
