Epoxy Set Time?

I just used an 24 hour epoxy. It says on the instructions: handling time 30 minutes, set 30 minutes, cure 12 hours. I used the epoxy to stick 2 steel shafts. Can I move around the steel in 30 minutes?

How can I paint my fiberglass boat to give it a wood look?

I want to paint my 14ft v-hull jon boat to look like a vintage boat made of stained wood. What materials would I need and how would the process go of painting it? I've seen it done to fiberglass doors so it shouldn't be too much different than that, just going to be a little more work. Please help! Thanks in advance..
