Is Drivetime a good place to buy a car with no established credit. Also, are the cars overpriced? |
Question: What is the best used sporty car under $9k? Posted: 27 Aug 2014 09:16 PM PDT What is the best used sporty car under $9k? I am looking at buying a car for $9k or less after the repair bills on my old car started to add up. I want something sporty (not actually a sports car since the insurance rate will skyrocket with this category), but also want to keep fuel economy and reliability in mind. The two models I have been looking at are a 2006-2008 Mazda3 and a 2006-2008 Honda Civic Si. Are there any other car models comparable to these that are both powerful/fun-to-drive and at least relatively low-cost to own? |
Question: 06 Volvo S60 good for a first car? Posted: 27 Aug 2014 09:06 PM PDT 06 Volvo S60 good for a first car? Has 94k miles on it. Or any better recommendations? Thanks in advanced! |
Question: What is the best used car under $2,500? Posted: 27 Aug 2014 08:14 PM PDT I would say subaru, they are pretty basic and it is not uncommon to see one that will get to 300,000 miles. If you could I would try to get the newest model of car for the money, less wear and tear. Do keep in mind that you usually get what you pay for, and $2,500 isn't a lot of money when it comes to cars. |
Question: Is this car a good deal? Posted: 27 Aug 2014 07:52 PM PDT Is this car a good deal? There is 1996 mazda miata m edition for sale on my street. 70,000 miles. The seller says it has a bubble in a tire and its got a leaky strut and a bad power steering belt. He is asking $4,500 and there aren't any miatas in my area that have low miles and in my budget. |
