4 light Traffic light with only a green arrow?

The traffic light had a red light,then switched to only green arrow at the bottom with no red light or green light. I was in the front and there was traffic on the other side. what do you do?

My car was hit in parking lot and dented, I work at a school, i saw car that did it but could not get plate number cause car drove off.?

The next day the student who hit it confessed and gave me info but did not give plate number of car and has not brought car to school i think they are hiding it. I have 2 witnesses who saw her confess and i saw it happen. Is this enough to get her to pay. I dont want to pay my deductible that is $500. what can i do?

So today this random question has been on my mind. 3 of my friends and myself all have 2014 Ford Focus' and all are the SE model. Mine has a few extra features though. Sunroof, leather heated seats and spoiler. How do the manufactures pick which car has a different option then the next?

Just want to say thank you to our trucks for putting up with all our crap. We use your bed as a garbage can, we put tons of crap in the cab, we get all dirty and muddy, we beat you up, we put dents in you, we ask you to pull more then what we're suppose to, but you just keep going, you may drain out wallets, get horrible gas mileage and breakdown occasionally but some of is wouldn't trade you for anything else. So to my truck and others thank you for putting up with our crap.

Is There An App Where I Can Search Fourwheelers, Dirtbikes, cars, jet skis, etc..?

There was an app I used to have but I deleted it a long time ago and forgot what it was called. It allowed you to search Dirtbikes, Fourwheelers, and many more..!
