Question: Used car dealerships in Las Vegas? Posted: 30 Aug 2014 09:24 PM PDT Used car dealerships in Las Vegas? Does anyone know if there are any good (meaning not scam artists, or trying to pawn money pit cars ) used car dealerships in Las Vegas around this zipcode 89169 that accept people with bad credit or no credit? |
Question: Continue fixing car or get a new used car? Posted: 30 Aug 2014 09:05 PM PDT It depends on the cost of the repairs in relation to the value of the car. If it costs more to fix the car than it's worth, it's time to get rid of the car. |
Posted: 30 Aug 2014 09:03 PM PDT I think a used Honda crv(years '01-'06) is a great car thats easy to drive. The truck space is bigger than it looks and it can easily transport 5 passengers. You could also fold the rear seats down to make extra room for your cargo. Its also really reliable as the only problem in my 9 years of owning it was one headlight recently went out. They are pretty good on gas, I could get over 28 mpg highway. The car should be pretty good in LA traffic but I commute to O.C. which is pretty bad in the morning as well. This article: http://autos.msn.com/research/vip/safety... talks about its safety rating for a 2005 crv. I personally think its a great reliable car that could comfortably carry 5 people and cargo in the back. |

Question: What is good for a first car? Posted: 30 Aug 2014 08:43 PM PDT Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Marquis. Big, tough and reliable cars that put up with all the dumb things you'll put it through as a teen driver. My son had a Crown Vic for his first car, and it even ran on natural gas (cng), so it was super cheap to fill up. It survived everything he put it through quite well. These cars are also inexpensive to buy and inexpensive to insure compared to most other cars. |
Question: Nicest looking new car under 40k? Posted: 30 Aug 2014 08:36 PM PDT Nicest looking new car under 40k? What is the nicest looking, NEW car that goes for under 40k? Strictly talking about the exterior beauty of the vehicle, what car is the nicest? I've been looking around for a while and the nicest one i can find is the Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S. And also the car has to have at least 4 seats (No Miatas or 370z's) and not a muscle car (no Mustangs, Camaros, or Challengers) |
