Question: Insurance for car on road trip? Posted: 29 Aug 2014 09:36 AM PDT So next year after my mates and I have got our licenses, we will fly to London, buy a car, and drive back to Norway. When we arrive in Gatwick were going to buy a used car (600£). It must be able to go 3470 km (2156 miles). The part of my consert is the insuarnce. I find it quite unnecessary having in mind that we will wreck the car within a week or so for the scrapping money. However, my friend tells me that for some reason we need this. Why is insurance so important, and do we really need it? If so how expensive will it be? I am also wondering if there is other stuff such as toll we need to worry about? |
Question: Car accident both parties not covered, what should I do? Posted: 29 Aug 2014 09:19 AM PDT Car accident both parties not covered, what should I do? I was in an accident in ohio. No one was hurt and the police dint come. I had a rental with part insurance so the rental company took care of the rental car but not liability. It turned out that for some reason my insurance shut down my insurance and the other party's DL was expired so their insurance wouldn't cover. What is the best course of action? They are sending me threatening messages to go to court and trying to extort money. Should I let them go to court and see what comes of it fairly or try to settle out of court? what is a bigger offense- driving without insurance or driving without an expired DL? |
Question: Which states require no title or registration of boat trailer? Posted: 29 Aug 2014 07:52 AM PDT Doesn't really matter. You are required to obey the laws of the state where you live. If YOUR home state requires that YOUR boat trailer carry a license plate, then that's it. You can't pretend that the trailer came from another state. |
Posted: 29 Aug 2014 07:46 AM PDT Too late for that, DUMMY! If you still want her as a girlfriend, then stand up and try to act like a man. ADDED: You have a kid together and she doesn't know that you don't have a driver's license. No court in the world is dumb enough to believe that! |
