I am looking to buy a an old 1980 Honda C70 on Craigslist and the the seller does not have the title. I am not entirely worried about the bike being stolen and will have the VIN checked before purchase. However there is no title and we will be using this form -http://www.dmv.ca.gov/forms/reg/reg227.pdf with a Bill of Sale. Has anyone actually ever done this? I don't wan to purchase the bike, only to find that there is some requirement to obtain the title with this form....

I failed my driving test 2 times!?

First time i hit the cone while parking. Then the second time i went a little bit off my lane for only 2 sec. Then my driving instructor told me if i failed 5 times i would have to go to court and tell the judge why i should keep my permit. By the way i live in FL Miami

A month ago my sister got her driver license.
She is without a car and she is not to drive my car or my parents cars (pointless huh)
Somehow my car insurance company found out she had a license and tried adding her to my policy which caused my monthly rate to go up!
I got very annoyed and asked why and they said it is because we are blood relatives in the same house and they want to be sure she is covered.
I ended up having to switch to another insurance co. which sucks because I am under 25 so my insurance is quite high.

Why did my old insurance co do this?

Lawsuit time. File against him in court, provide copies of absolutely everything you have, and wait for the trial date. That's your only option.

Meanwhile, if your policy renews before the trial date, find another and better insurer. Because the one you have now isn't worth shat.

Yes. Most will let you change the due date by paying for the 6 months (which would take you to the 20th), Then you could pay a bit more to cover to the first.
