I Inherited a lot of money from my family member that passed and I could spend more, but I have decided the most I will spend is $16,000. I am 16 and this is my first car (I have driven my moms a lot for a year with experience)

I know I SHOULD get a car like a cheap honda accord or something I can beat up, but where I live theres not a lot of traffic and all that so I want to get somewhat of a nice car but it cant be TOO high on insurance.

Most probably. Cheap engines have belts, expensive engines have chains or gears. Autozone sells a timing belt for the flex fuel engine. If you have a different engine, you may have something else. I would help to know which engine you have.

Which is the better deal?

. An advertisement from a car dealer offers the following choice:
A 2% interest rate on a six-year car loan (monthly payments) for a car priced at $30,000 or a $4000 discount off the price (i.e. $26,000 price tag) and you supply your own financing. Assume that you can borrow 100% of the purchase price and that the annual interest rate your bank would charge you on a six-year loan is 5%. The car loan is similar to a mortgage with 72 equal monthly payments. Which is the better deal?
