My question is I live in the Midwest out in the country and I am wondering if and what car should I put snow tires on. We get some pretty good drifts so I am thinking the Dodge Ram since it sits up a lot higher. This is my first 4wd Truck so I am new to it all. The Ram only has like 96k miles and had it inspected out and is in Awesome condition no rust nothing wrong with it at all. The Subaru brand new is my g/f's vehicle basically and my Ram is my baby. I have 265/70r/17 on ram new geolander a/t-s tires but not sure if they will handle the snow with the winter this year(I hear its going to be really bad).

So before I invest in tires since they both have NEW tires im wondering which vehicle should I invest those in. IM leaning toward the Dodge because it sits up ALOT higher then the Subaru but we have a 30mile commute each way to work. So any help would be appreciated, thanks.
