| Posted: 10 Sep 2014 04:47 PM PDT So, I live just about a mile from this abandoned railroad track, the track its self was abandoned in 1903 and the railroad that owned it went out of business during the Great Depression. Parts of it have already been torn up and all that remains are just a few long scattered segments of rail, obviously people have been scrapping it. So, my question is if it would be legal to start scraping the rail road. |
