I HAVE AN IDEA, I NEED YOUR HELP..?

My idea is about designing a tire polisher… for the car drivers
Am from a country called OMAN – one of the gulf countries - where we still have to drive off road in some places, people have to re polish tires once they are in road.
I thought of designing something like 2 lanes where you can drive your car through them so that tires contact the 2 edges of the iron lanes which covered with something like sponges.
The lanes can be fixed in public places like petrol stations.
I hope you got the idea, and I apologize for my weak writing..
I need your ideas on this and who can help me to work together an make business.

If you are driving a heavy truck, you will be taken out of service until fixed. Any system that came out with the truck must be in operating condition. If you are talking a personal vehicle, the D.O.T. won't bother with you.
