Posted: 13 Aug 2014 09:13 PM PDT you really don't have any options. Option 3 is not possible. That's off the table. Someone will have to pay off what you owe on the trade in, and that someone is YOU. A lender isn't going to loan you more than what a car is worth. Option 2 is your best option if you can get financing for the car. But I doubt you will be able to refinance because the value of the car is less, much less than what you owe on it. Option 1 sounds like it's the same as option 2, just restated differently. You'll use the car as collateral for the loan from one lender to pay off the 1st lender. That's a refi. |
Question: Are there any good IGC cars I should buy in Need for Speed World? Posted: 13 Aug 2014 08:21 PM PDT Are there any good IGC cars I should buy in Need for Speed World? I just recently bought the Lamborghini Gallardo because I need an A class car, and I am saving up for the BMW M1 Procar at the moment. They don't have to be B or A, just a car that's IGC and good for it's tier. |
Question: Can A Car Dealer Change Down Payment Policy To 50% Down Payment?? Posted: 13 Aug 2014 08:01 PM PDT Sounds like they are tired of you calling. They are under no obligation to finance. I sold cars or a dozen years and most of the time, I required 100% down, that is, I didn't finance at all. |
Posted: 13 Aug 2014 07:00 PM PDT Legally yes. Many will not come after you for it. Others will. I knew of one guy who became an attorney so he could sue all his deadbeat customers & garnish their wages. But, he ended up getting killed. Not sure if its because he sued so many people & garnished their wages or because he operated in such a bad area. |
Posted: 13 Aug 2014 07:00 PM PDT I agree with Edward. Check Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears. Just don't buy the absolute cheapest because you get what you pay for in garbage disposals, like a lot of other things you buy. |
