Is the Kawasaki Ninja 300 Sport a good bike for a beginner?

Im 17 and want a nice looking bike at a good price after looking around i found the Ninja 300. I know it can go around 75 which is all i need. ive never rode a motorcycle before so i thought this would be good bike to start with so i could get i more powerful one in the future.

I have a chooper 50cc can i use that as a practice bike it has headlights,horn,break lights, every thing a bike needs i need a helmet thats all

Riding is riding and it's all great fun.

pass the written test , pass the riding skills test or receive a waiver by taking an approved safety course .

in some states you have to ride with a permit for 6 months ,,,, in some you have to ride with the supervision of a licensed rider .

what are the motorcycle license requirements can any one help me on this im kinda new here. just thought Id give this a shot. (:?
