Question: How to drive through a corner in a stick shift? Posted: 14 Aug 2014 02:01 AM PDT If it is a tight corner, say a turn in an urban area, you need to be in second gear. Third gear is fine on a bend in open country. It all depends on the speed you need to do, and change gears well before the bend. |

Question: 68 Plymouth Road Runner good first car? Posted: 13 Aug 2014 08:38 PM PDT Truth: http://jagerkin.com/Vehicle_Accidents_an... Newer cars have a higher rate of deaths/accidents than cars in the '70's. They can spin all they want, but the facts is death rate was less when cars didn't have air bags and crush zones. Actual reason? Because people feel "safe" *because* of the safety crap and they drive faster and stupider. You will *know* your car is not a toss-away car, you will not be racing, will not be speeding, you will be watching for other idiots and will be avoiding them. My wife got a Camaro when she was a teenager. 30+ years later she still has it. |
Question: Why won't my headlights turn off? Posted: 13 Aug 2014 07:58 PM PDT Why won't my headlights turn off? I own a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer and for some reason the headlights just won't turn off after the car's been turned off. I've waited to see if they'll turn off on their own, but nothing happened. I can't figure out if this is something simple or not, but I need some help. |
