This is the Raritan Valley Line you you probably have to change trains at Newark Penn Station although some Raritan Valley trains go directly into New York Penn Station.

You may want to consider changing to a PATH train at Newark Penn Station. PATH trams make a number of stops between lower and mid Manhattan; you may get a stop close to your job.

I live in a city and was thinking about joining a taxi company.. They just require you have an eligible car and they modify it. Then you pay a fee each week and they send you customers. I was thinking of working friday evenings, all day Saturday and all day Sunday for some extra cash.. Do you think I'd make a decent profit?

The inside lane being called the "fast" lane is a misnomer anyway. It's actual name is "passing" lane, to only be used when overtaking slower cars. If everyone would use it for that, and not just drive in it, there wouldn't be a problem. On the autobahn, a person who is in the inside lane and is not passing another car is ticketed and fined. Sounds like a good idea to me.
