Should I buy a dune buggy?

I do not like the idea of owning a motorcycle or scooter or anything like that, but would a Dune buggy (street legal) be good in gas mileage? Where can I buy the right one? I am just looking so I can drive to work and back and a cheaper rate.

So im 16 and im getting a car soon i can get a car about 30k. You guys think i should get it or get another car? I want to get a car thats customizable and looks real good too I have 10k that im gona customize the frs with so what car will be somewhat the same price and customizable?
