| Question: Broken gas gauge? Behind the wheel license test? Posted: 08 Oct 2014 04:54 PM PDT Broken gas gauge? Behind the wheel license test? Hi, im taking my behind the wheel drivers license test at the end of the month and the gas gauge on my 1998 volkswagon beetle works sometimes and then other times it doesnt. It reads empty or full or half full sometimes when i turn it on even though theres more or less gas in the car. I was wondering if anyone knew if I would be failed on my license test because of this? Thanks! |

| Question: Car stalls until the gas pedal is pushed down hard? Posted: 08 Oct 2014 04:43 PM PDT car stalls until the gas pedal is pushed down hard? My dad has a 2004 dodge stratus and sometimes when he presses the gas slightly, the car wont move until he presses the gas down all the way. After he presses it down, it will accelerate and basically "shoot off". Could a bad fuel pump cause this? |
