Question: How do i remove my co signer from my title because they refuse an its my car?

If you had a co-signer it isn't "my car". It belongs to them just as much as it belongs to you and if they don't want to be removed from the title there isn't a thing you can do about it.

Question: I'm 16, in Texas and I already have my learners permit. How do I get my license?

Some people tell me I can just write in a log sheet how many hours of driving I did with a parent and show it to the DMV and take a test their, and then get a license.

Others say I have to drive with an authorized personal from a driving course and have to attend the school in order to get my license. Which one is true??

Question: A question about the Florida Driver's License?

Florida First Time Driver

Getting Your First Drivers License in Florida

If you have never been issued a drivers license in any state or country the state of Florida requires that you complete a First Time Driver education course.

Florida first time driver courses teach drivers how drugs and alcohol affect driving, traffic responsibilities and laws and techniques for safe driving.

First Time Driver Course Names

Courses are commonly known as:

DATA (drugs, alcohol, traffic, awareness)
DATE (drugs, alcohol, traffic education)
TLSAE (traffic law substance abuse education)

While teenagers getting their learners permit (restricted license) typically take this course, adults who have never held a drivers license must take it as well.

Now, on to your other questions.

If I get that permit, would I be able to drive at night? With no curfew? Because sometimes I work until very late at night. I mean, if I'm older than 21, I don't think I'm gonna need someone older than 21 next to me, or will I?

Always remeber that you can NEVER Drive Alone with a Learners Permit in Florida You must always have a licensed driver in the seat closest to you.

How long am I gonna be able to drive with just a driving permit? Until it expires or you get your full license.

Am I gonna get in trouble if I get pulled over late night when the police officer asks me for my driver license and I give him a driving permit? Not if you are following the rules.

The DMV Test

Before anyone (regardless of age) can get their first drivers license or learner permit in Florida they must pass the DMV Test. Before you can take the DMV test you must complete the DATA course, which is the Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Awareness class.

The DMV test is comprised of 40 questions. 20 of the questions address road signs and 20 of the questions address road rules. You must get at least 15 answers correct in each section.
Testing at Local DMV office

To take the DMV test at your local DMV office it is best to use the Florida DMV online appointment system and make an appointment. You should arrive at least 15 minuts before your appointment and be prepared to spend at least two hours at the DMV office.

Go to the web page I'll put in Source below, and read it. It should answer all your questions.
