Got in a fender bender with my friends car.?

I was driving my friends car the other day and I hit the car in front of me, my friend was sitting in the passenger seat. It was just a fender bender, the cops were called but he didn't end up filing anything. However he wrote down my friend's insurance info and put me down as the driver. But my friend told his parents that he was the one driving. I just want to know if his parents will find out I was the driver when the insurance company calls them about the accident.

Question: Got my drivers permit in Maryland, but what is the next step in getting my drivers license?

Since you have your permit, I must assume that you have passed the written exam, so the next step would be to actually learn how to drive a car. If you are still in school, the best thing would be to enroll in a Drivers Education class.

Question: How do I get over my fear of driving on the interstate?

Posted: 12 Oct 2014 06:43 AM PDT

You have fear. Fear is Good. Fear is NOT "something to be gotten over."
People who are fear-LESS are either experienced, or foolish.
One way to comfortably drive on the interstate is to patiently wait until you have more experience.
The second way to comfortably drive on the interstate is to simply foolishly DO IT.
Your choice.
And, by the way, a lot of us who drive the interstates are decidedly NOT comfortable. Driving, ESPECIALLY on interstates, is an active and defensive process, in which the driver must anticipate life-and-death maneuvers by other drivers. When I drive the interstate, I have a constant internal dialogue going on with myself in my head .... "What if my front left tire blows out, where can I steer the car?", "What if my lane-neighbors front left tire blows, where will he steer his car?", "What if that tractor trailer sees an obstruction in his lane that I cant see, will he swerve into my lane? Can he see m right now in his mirrors?", "The road is wet, are the people around me driving too fast?". "Is there someone driving in my neighboring lane that I cant see right now?" Theres no end to my dialogue and scenarios. Im not a real chatty driver, and I like a quiet car, with a low volume radio. I like to hear myself think. I dont ever drive "The Party Car", know what I mean?

Question: What is the average price for car insurance for an 18 year old?

Posted: 12 Oct 2014 05:56 AM PDT

That depends on a lot of things. Where you live. What kind of car. Full coverage or PLPD.

Usually, most 18 year old drivers will end up paying around $100 to $150 per month.

Government crushed my car?

About 2 years ago I bough a Lamborghini Gallardo for $250,000. I stopped driving it because it was using so much petrol but a few days ago I noticed it was missing. I recently found out that the government had taken it and put it through the reckers. Im not sure what I can do now because Im not sure who to ring about it. and ill never be able to save up the money again. I sold my house and bough a 2 bedroom apartment and put the rest towards my dream car. Who would I call and what can I do?

Question: PLEASE HELP!!!!! What actions can my mom take in order to get our car title???

In the first instance, go and visit the dealership and politely refuse to leave without the paperwork. If they withhold it then threaten to go to the police and the press.

Keep calm at all times, but stand firm and don't be fobbed off. While you're there quietly making a fuss, your putting off other potential purchasers and losing them business. If they say they'll call the police then say that's a good idea because you think they've been trading illegally and the police will certainly want to know that.
