| Question: What is the best way to transport my dog from florida to NY and back? Posted: 07 Oct 2014 10:05 AM PDT Use a proper cage if driving, depending on his size. If he's trained to sit in a seat, back or passenger seat beside you, he must be buckled. If flying, check with the airline as to what they allow, ie. approved cage with a locked door and water w/ food. It's happened were an airline baggage handler has opened a cage to let out a dog but he bolted and was forever lost. If your dog is a registered purebred and sending him to a show, you should have him insured. |
| Question: The car that's powered by air? Posted: 07 Oct 2014 09:46 AM PDT French manufacturer Peugeot is showcasing its hybrid air technology - a system which allows a car to be driven around town powered by little more than compressed air. The idea is to produce a hybrid which has low emissions and doesn't need a battery - because batteries are heavy and expensive. At the Paris Motor Show, Theo Leggett took a look around the 208 Hybrid Air - a concept car that brings a new meaning to the term "gas guzzler". http://greatloaded.com/technology-updates/the-car-that%27s-powered-by-air/ |
