Update : A train has a length of 92 m and starts from rest with a constant acceleration at t= 0s. At this instant, a car just reaches the end of the train. The car is moving with a constant velocity. At a time t= 14 s the car just reaches the front of the train. Ultimately however the train pulls ahead of the car and at time t= 28 s the car is again at the rear of the train. Find the magnitudes of (a) the car's velocity and (b) the train's acceleration

Update : I will be going from Mumbai to delhi in 3rd week of december and returning first week of Jan. I would firstly like to know, though little delays will do, if there are chances that trains may get cancelled during the time I am travelling and if ticket will get refunded. Other thing I would like to know which train is recommended during the time im travelling out of Rajdhani, August Kranti Rajdhani and Duronto express.

Question: When you have to change trains on your journey do you have to buy another ticket or do you just buy ticket to your destination?

In the U.K. you can buy through tickets to your destination, regardless of the number of changes you need to make. For longer journeys booking in advance for specifically timed trains is usually cheaper. Go to a station ticket office or www.nationalrail.co.uk
An annual railcard will save you a further 34% www.railcard.co.uk
booking opens 11 weeks ahead of your journey
