The procedures for ensuring that any diseases, not only Ebola, are not transmitted internationally by aircraft are very stringent.

You have many more chances of being struck by lightning than of contracting Ebola in the USA.

The USA is probably the safest place in the world to fly if you are worried about disease.

I can think of many things I would worry about before I got down the list as far as Ebola, including such unlikely things as my Pyrrenean Mountain Dog being impregnated by a Chihuahua!
