Question: What are safety issues and safety considerations in polyester resin plant?

Hi so apart from the fact that this stuff is explosive do you mean and fumes can kill so special facilities need to be in place. mixing with hardeners is also very dangerous when making any large volume production parts. so it does explode and the fumes can kill. so special clothing and ventilation systems required and the local fire brigade do regular inspections and have to be paid for assesments of risk factors do you mean. well they there is local planning laws also to consider.

Question: Was it my fault in this accident?

Was it my fault in this accident?

I was issued an Improper Lane Usage complaint today that I was hit by a semi from the back at 2 mph... It was during rush hours and I was merging onto I-290 East and the semi was already on I-290. "He left space for me to proceed" so I accepted and because of heavy traffic in front, I had to stop half way and he rolled his semi and hit me from the back. I waited on site (did not move to shoulder) for Sheriff and Sheriff "believed" I was at fault and I got issued this complaint....He did not even write up the accident report. So was it all my fault at all?

Question: When do I turn the wheel when reversing into a parking spot?

Posted: 15 Aug 2014 10:49 PM PDT

So I'll be taking a driving exam soon and am kind of nervous about reversing into a spot. I'll have to use their rental and have mostly been practicing in a minivan.

I did take some lessons with the driving company so the case isn't that dire.

Basically I want to know when to turn the wheel to a full lock. (In the picture, I'd be trying to reverse into the space between A and B.)

Question: Where can I find information about how to set up a car for road course racing? I'm VERY new at it and have NO idea what I"m doing.?

iRacing provides plenty of setups for each car at each track. There are even more in the forums. I race the Daytona Prototype and DW12 Indycar, I have no problem finding multiple setups in the forums to try out. There are also extensive setup guides.

Road setups aren't very important honestly. You can take a setup that one guy will run say a 1:06 lap at Mid-Ohio but you can at best pull off a 1:09. It really comes down to race craft. Road racing uses a lot more skill to drive. Keep on practicing. You can always take a replay of a lap and put it on the forums for others to critique.

Question: Am I safer than the average driver my age?

Am I safer than the average driver my age?

So I started driving when I was 17. I've been driving for 4 years now, and do a lot of driving as I commute back and forth between home and college for 3 years now. I have never been in a car accident yet, and was wondering how my risk compares to the risk of others my age. I am also a male. So I guess for now, I want to know what are the odds of never getting into an accident in the first 4 years of driving?
