| Question: Should I get a smaller truck or bigger trucks? Posted: 15 Aug 2014 08:34 PM PDT The Ford is the choice for me. The availability of parts and cost of parts makes the truck a lot more fun. Why a 2wd Ford? Why not a 4WD Ford? By "mud graps" I assume you mean mud tires. Mud tires are loud, they handle poorly on the road, and their tread wear is terrible compared to a good all terrain tire. Lockers are expensive and noisy, but add immensely to the capability of the truck. I would look for a 4WD Ford F150, in the flavor of cab you prefer. While long beds carry more, short beds turn tighter and have an advantage off road. I would not be looking for V6 only. The difference between the mileage of a V6 and a V8 is negligible when compared to the extra power for off road. I would look for a 4.6. |

| Question: How can I convince my dad to get me a car? Posted: 15 Aug 2014 07:20 PM PDT How can I convince my dad to get me a car? I'm a junior in high school and I want to get a mitsubishi lancer evolution 8. And my dad likes that car too but he thinks that I'll be racing and trying to go crazy. I know I won't because that's an Evo I won't show if nothing but respect. Last year I did skip classes and kind off acted out, but this year I'm straight now. I'm gonna take ap classes and do sports so there won't be much time to chill with friends as much as before. Please give me some advice and the most you can so that I can convince him because we do need a new car also. |
