The wire that is connected from the throttle to the engine is seems to be loose or something.How can I tune the throttle so that It can work when I turn the throttle handle?

Problem with 80cc Bike motor kit electronics?

There are lots if wires.There is a wire that comes from the kill switch, one of it is yellow color and other one is black.Also there is ignition wires, one if it is black wire and other one is blue.There is also wires from the motor that is white wire, blue and black wire.My question is which connects to which?
